Where can you get good service today ?

That’s a very good question. In these times of tight business it appears that some have still not learnt that service is a vital part to any business. It should be said that computers are sometimes a bit difficult to get it 100% right every time  but at least that has to be the aim.

This week we had a customer bring in a PC that they had taken to a larger PC retailer/service provider in Hamilton. The advice that he was given (paid for) was that the computer was not worth fixing he should buy a new one!  He brought it in for Graham to take a look at and we found the graphics card had a fault and apart from a few windows files that was all that was wrong. We removed the card used the onboard Video and fixed the Windows files and $80.00 later we had a very happy customer. The difference was a can do attitude that takes the customer into consideration.

I recall as a boy a sign in a shop that read “If you are happy with our service tell others if you are not happy with our service tell us!” Our aim is always happy customers. If for any reason you feel we have failed  please contact us.

It always gives the staff and me a great deal of satisfaction when we can help a customer. Often this is just thinking outside the square to find a good solution.
